This role is responsible for delivering a high level of service to prospects and residents while supporting leasing activity and maintaining occupancy within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Requirements
- Prior customer service and sales experience preferred (retail, hospitality, or similar)
- Positive, engaging, and outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with others and create a welcoming experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and polished demeanor
- Ability to learn quickly and take direction in a structured environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office preferred
- Valid driver’s license
