Job Description
Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities in Dallas, Irving, Plano, and Frisco, Texas, with routine and corrective maintenance, service requests, and community upkeep.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience
- Prior multifamily maintenance experience preferred
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, facilities, HVAC, or mechanical work
- EPA certification preferred
- HVAC certification required or in progress
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to commute within 20–30 minutes of the property
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Ability to lift, carry, climb stairs, and work both indoors and outdoors
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and communication skills
