Job Description
Gaines Investment Trust is looking for Maintenance Technicians to support their apartment communities in North Dallas, Texas. The role involves completing routine and corrective maintenance, responding to service requests, and participating in the on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience
- Prior multifamily maintenance experience preferred
- EPA certification preferred
- HVAC certification required or in progress
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to commute within 20–30 minutes of the property
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Ability to lift, carry, climb stairs, and work both indoors and outdoors
