Maintenance Technician - Scottsdale, AZ

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support their apartment community in Scottsdale, Arizona. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing routine and corrective maintenance, responding to service requests, and maintaining the appearance of the community.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience
• Prior multifamily maintenance experience preferred
• Hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, facilities, HVAC, or mechanical work
• EPA certification preferred
• HVAC certification required or in progress
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
