Maintenance Technician - Scottsdale, AZ

Maintenance Technician needed to support apartment community in Scottsdale, Arizona, completing routine and corrective maintenance, responding to service requests, and participating in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience
• Prior multifamily maintenance experience preferred
• Hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, facilities, HVAC, or mechanical work
• EPA certification preferred
• HVAC certification required or in progress
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
