Director, Professional Services - Supply Chain Design

GAINS is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead the successful delivery of complex supply chain design initiatives, ensuring customers realize measurable business outcomes from their investments. The role is hands-on, requiring active leadership in delivery, and is accountable for project outcomes and team development.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in supply chain design
• Deep expertise in areas such as network design, inventory optimization, transportation optimization, simulation, and scenario-based decision making
• Experience using commercially available supply chain design and optimization tools
• Strong accountability and judgment, ability to take ownership of outcomes, and maintain high standards of execution
• Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred but not required
• Ability to connect supply chain design capabilities to real operational outcomes
