Job Description
Gotion Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead and execute end-to-end supply chain strategy for their EV battery manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 10–15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, preferably in high-volume manufacturing or EV/automotive industries
- Experience managing global supply chains, sourcing strategy, logistics, and inventory management
- Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics
- Strong leadership, team development, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to be based in Manteno, IL, with occasional travel
