The Manager, Network Operations & Managed Services role oversees the operational stability, performance, and availability of the network, ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective network services that meet business and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five or more years of experience in network operations, network services, or network planning
- Three or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience managing or overseeing network managed service providers
- Certified Network Engineer (CNE) certification preferred
- Experience with data communications equipment and transmission technologies
- Strong understanding of network operations, monitoring, incident management, and service delivery
- Experience working with security systems and implementation procedures
- Experience managing departmental budgets
