Network Operations Manager

Genworth is seeking a Network Operations Manager to oversee the design, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise networks. The role involves leading a team of network engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing modern network security and architectural best practices.

Requirements

• Lead a team of network engineers and analysts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, cloud engineering, and application support
• Drive incident, change, and problem management processes
• Optimize network performance, capacity, and resiliency
• Lead upgrades, lifecycle management, patching, and modernization of network infrastructure
• Support security initiatives such as microsegmentation, SASE/SSE deployments, compliance monitoring, and evaluation of new security products
• Ensure secure connectivity for remote users, branch offices, and distributed teams
• Assess the effectiveness of network controls, architectures, and processes
• Evaluate emerging network and security technologies
• Assist in managed services oversight and KPI tracking and accountability
