Corporate Counsel (Data Centers)

We are looking for a Corporate Counsel to support legal matters related to the construction, procurement, and operation of large-scale data center projects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of legal experience
• Prior experience at a nationally recognized law firm (big law)
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and partner closely with cross-functional business teams
• Juris Doctor degree
• Active member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
