Job Description
Galderma is seeking a Global Head of Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of the company's total rewards strategy on a worldwide scale. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits in large multinational environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in total rewards, compensation, or benefits
- Proven track record of leading global teams and delivering complex projects
- Professional certifications in compensation, benefits, or human resources (e.g., CCP, CBP, SHRM-SCP) are highly preferred
