Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven ability to scale recruiting organizations in fast-paced, global environments
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and partner with senior leaders
- Deep expertise in recruiting operations, metrics, and TA technology
- Experience leading executive-level and critical senior hires
- Demonstrated success in building employer brands and early-career programs
