We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Executive to own the full recruitment lifecycle — from identifying and engaging top talent to ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, desired skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, events).
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Use recruitment data and market insights to guide decision-making and hiring strategy.
- Ensure a positive, transparent, and timely candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) accuracy and recruitment metrics reporting.
- Represent the company brand professionally at networking events, job fairs, and other talent engagement activities.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends, tools, and competitive hiring practices.
