Galderma is seeking a Head of Alastin UK&I to define brand & sales strategies, lead the sales and marketing team, and ensure winning commercial propositions and financial control. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of commercial experience, a strong understanding of key business functions, and excellent UK Skincare, Beauty and/or Aesthetics market knowledge.
Requirements
- Provide input to and lead implementation of Sales & Marketing Management plans
- Manage activities concerned with business development, product/brand, in line with business and financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies
- Prepare Sales & Marketing plans and policies to evaluate, measure, and manage the product/brand P&L
- Execute Sales & Marketing plans and policies related to planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products and its brands
- Prioritize and coordinate sales & business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships
- Understand and analyze ongoing Sales & Marketing processes to ensure product/brand sales volumes as well as the profit targets are met
- Develop and formulate plans to implement brand activities to expand brand presence within brand-approved quality standard
- Establish and maintain potential relationship with all stakeholders within and outside the organization
- Work in partnership with global brand team to implement global strategy and activities
- Manage a department that includes multiple experienced managers, professionals and/or other Team Leaders and Managers
- Executes on short to mid-term operational plans for optimizing the organization and hires new talent when needed
- Has budget accountability for own job family/area and/or manage elements of the budget
