Job Description
Galderma is seeking an IT CRM Business Analyst to support Veeva CRM, Veeva Network, and Veeva Align in the Canadian organization. The successful candidate will provide technical support, training, and guidance to users, and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in CRM (Veeva or Salesforce)
- Ability to communicate well (English), excellent organizational and follow through skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Strong analytical skills to research and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to streamline processes and provide recommendations for prospective initiatives.
- Proven experience in Salesforce and Veeva Modules administration.
- Technical skills for Salesforce and Veeva Align configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide support and training to users.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and optimize systems.
- Experience in SQL
- Experience in data loading
- Fluent in English is a must.
