Medical Sales Representative Prescription & Biotherapy Product - Brussels area

Galderma is a pure-play dermatology category leader seeking a Medical Sales Representative to drive sales performance across Belgium. The successful candidate will promote Galderma's Prescription portfolio to dermatologists and play a pivotal role in the launch of new biologic products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Training in medical/pharmaceutical topics and local pharma regulations
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in account management, ideally in the dermatological or biological sector
• Results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills
• Influencing and negotiation skills
• Proven project management capabilities
• Analytical thinking and organizational skills
• Collaborative and cross-functional working style
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English and French. Flemish is a plus
