Job Description
Galderma is seeking an Operations Manager for IT Finance and Procurement to join their growing IT presence in Poland. As the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the operational backbone of Galderma's Finance systems landscape, ensuring stability, governance, and performance across critical global platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT and Finance Systems within a global enterprise environment
- Experience in IT Service Management / Application Operations, including incident, problem, and change management
- Experience managing Finance systems and platforms such as Oracle EPM, Coupa, Concur, FIS, Blackline, or ERP environments (Oracle, SAP, M3) or similar
- Practical experience using ServiceNow to manage incidents, changes and service requests
- Experience in running operational governance, including SLA/KPI monitoring, service reviews, release calendars, and CAB processes
- Experience in vendor and AMS management, including managing multiple providers, tracking performance, and driving accountability and escalations
