NURSE PRACTITIONER FT

Nurse Practitioner - East OB/GYN. Provides healthcare services to patients under direction and supervision of the Physician. Requires experience as a Mid-Level Provider in the field of certification, RN and APRN license, and DEA number.

Requirements

• Graduate of nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant organization
• Previous experience as Mid-Level Provider in the field of certification (i.e. Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner)
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant by a nationally accredited organization
• Active license in the State of Tennessee as a Mid-Level Provider (i.e. Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner)
• RN and APRN license
• DEA number issued by the U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration
• BLS trained and certified at all times
• PC literate
