Alternance - Technicien Support (H/F)

Paris School of Technology & Business is looking for an Alternance - IT Support Technician to support the Support Pole Manager at the Curie Institute. The role involves providing first-level solutions to users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and performing physical maintenance on workstations.

Requirements

• First-level solution to a difficulty encountered by a user
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems
• Resolve problems on the work station
• Ensure the functioning of work stations and associated telephones
• Advice to users before their purchases of hardware and software
• Installation, update and parameterization of systems
• Ensure a level 1 physical maintenance on work stations
• Carry out technical solution pilots
• Antivirus server administration
• Server evolution and deployment of clients
• Follow-up of alerts
