Bilingual Community Director

The Community Director is responsible for maintaining the physical asset and maximizing the financial returns in accordance with the owner’s objectives. They comply with company policies and procedures, and direct and coordinate activities involving motivating and cultivating the on-site team to ensure operations meets or surpasses industry standards.

Requirements

• Supervises and mentors property on-site team
• Hires, onboards and trains team members and manages their performance
• Assists in managing the client/owner relationship
• Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property
• Meets targeted revenues
• Approves and submits invoices from vendors
• Gathers, analyzes, and interprets current market and economic trends
• Promotes resident satisfaction and retention
• Ensures the property’s maintenance team members comply with the Company’s standards
• Conducts regular property inspections
