Maintenance Technician - Wentworth Park

Performs technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. Completes maintenance tasks, such as repairs and upkeep, and assists in maintaining grounds and common areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• Current valid driver's license
• Property management system experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct problems
• Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to complete basic maintenance duties
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
