Job Description
Galloway Company is seeking an Operations Leader - D Crew to lead and support 24/7 operations while working a 12-hour shift rotation. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can coach teams, build collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in operations management preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing organization
- Ability to work collaboratively in a highly regulated industry
