Job Description
Our manufacturing members are the heart of our organization. The Team Leader will perform as a proactive, 'change agent' in the facility and provide support and direction to Members of a work team.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance areas (Human Safety, USDA, HACCP)
- Strong computer skills in SAP, Outlook, Word and Excel highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to be flexible by adjusting priorities
