Galloway Company is seeking an energetic and experienced Recruitment & Employee Relations Manager to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience with strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
- HR Certification (SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Demonstrated experience work with labor relations and collective bargaining agreements (union contracts).
- Proven ability to partner with company leaders and influence decisions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, HR policies, and employment law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in high-growth or dynamic environment.
- Ability to multitask and have a history of meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated accuracy with reporting and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating/troubleshooting with all levels of the organization with confidence.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
