Job Description
Healthcare Dining Room Supervisor responsible for ensuring satisfactory dining experience of residents, guests and others, monitoring and maintaining courteous and efficient quality of services, and directing employee training and development.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three to five years of restaurant supervisory experience
- Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions given in written or verbal form
- High quality verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledgeable on restaurant procedures and practices
- Proficiency in operations of computers and computer applications
