Dining Room Supervisor

We are seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of the dining room, providing superior service to residents, associates, and guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising servers, maintaining a clean atmosphere, and exceeding resident expectations during meal service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to relate to residents and associates in a courteous and diplomatic manner
• Completion of drug testing and criminal record background check
