Job Description
The Residence at Bethel Park is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of the dining room, supervise server associates, and provide superior service to residents, associates, and guests. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate and relate to community residents, assist in set-ups and dining room service, and create and manage server schedules.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
- Physical requirements include the ability to communicate by speaking, seeing, and hearing sufficient to serve the residents
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to relate to residents and associates in a courteous and diplomatic manner under all circumstances
