Job Description
This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee and enhance perioperative services, including strategic planning, budget management, operational oversight, and quality assurance across surgical and procedural care areas.
Requirements
- At least five years of progressively responsible management experience in perioperative services
- A minimum of two years of progressive experience in healthcare administration with increasing administrative responsibilities
- RN experience in scrubbing/circulating is preferred
- Must live within a 30-minute radius for on-call availability
- Proven expertise in staffing, budgeting, and financial management
