Job Description
GameChanger is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead a portfolio of cross-functional teams focused on building and scaling new consumer experiences that expand how athletes, families, and communities engage with GameChanger.
Requirements
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for identifying, validating, and scaling new product opportunities
- Define and drive product strategy by combining customer insights, market opportunities, business objectives, and experimentation
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, CX, Marketing, and Business leaders to align teams around a shared vision
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing product managers
- Navigate ambiguity and make thoughtful investment decisions
