As the Director of Product Analytics, you will lead the function responsible for elevating product decision-making across Gametime. You will be a strategic co-pilot to the cross-functional product development organization, owning the analytics roadmap and building the frameworks that help us ship high-quality, high-impact features faster.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years in product analytics or data science, with 4+ years leading high-performing analytics teams in a fast-paced B2C environment
- Strong product sense; able to pair qualitative fan feedback with quantitative rigor to identify the next big growth lever
- Proven track record of running high-velocity experimentation at scale
- Expert SQL and experience with modern analytics stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Looker/Sigma)
- Exceptional ability to communicate with executives; you can turn "data noise" into a compelling strategic story
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Math, CS, Economics); advanced degree preferred
