The role involves building product intelligence, partnering with leadership to shape the product roadmap, and building a team of product analysts. The ideal candidate has 6-10 years of experience in product analytics, with at least 2 years of leading or mentoring analysts.
Requirements
- 6-10 years in product analytics, with at least 2 years leading or mentoring analysts
- Strong problem framing: ability to translate ambiguous questions into testable hypotheses and clear measurement plans
- Experimentation expertise: ability to run A/B tests end-to-end, understand statistical pitfalls, and know when experiments are needed and when they're not
- Full-funnel fluency: acquisition → activation → conversion → retention
- Advanced SQL; comfortable with Python/R for analysis and statistics
