Document Controller

The Project Document Controller is responsible for organizing, managing, and controlling all project-related documents. The role supports the project team by ensuring that all documentation is accurately filed, stored, and distributed, and that all documents adhere to internal and external standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Maintain an up-to-date filing system
• Ensure effective communication and document flow between the site team, contractors and suppliers.
• Manage the receipt, distribution, and tracking of documents for relevant project stakeholders
• Provide quick and efficient access to documents for the project team
• Handle documents or reports including registration, scanning and data entry.
• Comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace
