Job Description
Manages BIM initiatives, modelling and delivery in a project according to the overall resources, timelines and standards in conjunction with the client and organisational requirements.
Requirements
- Manage BIM deliverables and implementation in projects.
- Act as intermediary between designers, clients and architects.
- Complete supply chain assessments and BIM Audits.
- Support project team in BIM technologies and flag non-compliances.
- Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation and enforcement.
- Manage BIM modelling and drawing production output.
- Implement BIM 3D, 4D and 5D across projects.
- Develop BEP and enforce ISO BIM documentation and standards.
- Oversee BIM budgets and drawing production.
- Support career development, coaching and mentoring of engineers.
- Raise profile of BIM within departments and group.
- Adhere to latest industry standards.
