Manager - Design

Collaborate with the Senior Manager in managing structural design tasks and ensuring alignment with project goals. Lead the structural team in developing business proposals, preparing technical write-ups, and participating in tender submissions, ensuring quality and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a higher qualification; a Professional Engineer qualification is preferred.
• 10 to 15 years of post-graduate experience in design and construction management, with a strong focus on structural engineering.
• Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including bridges/viaducts, underground structures, hydropower plants, and complex infrastructure.
