Job Description
DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to lead and supervise civil construction activities on a landmark $1B renewable energy project near Rockhampton, Queensland. The role involves managing subcontractors, plant, labour, and materials to meet project schedule, budget, and quality requirements, as well as driving a strong HSE culture on site.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Civil Superintendent or Supervisor on large-scale infrastructure, energy, or construction projects
- Strong background in bulk earthworks, civil infrastructure, and contractor management
- Demonstrated ability to lead large site-based teams and deliver works safely and to program
- Solid understanding of Australian HSE, quality, and environmental standards
- A proactive leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
