Supervisor - Civil

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team on a landmark $1B renewable energy project located near Rockhampton, Queensland. The role involves supervising daily site activities across key civil scopes including bulk earthworks, access and internal roads, drainage, trenching, and foundations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Civil Supervisor role within construction, infrastructure, or energy projects.
• Strong background in earthworks, roads, drainage, or general civil construction activities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage site crews, subcontractors, and plant operations.
• Solid understanding of site safety, quality, and environmental requirements within the Australian construction industry.
• A proactive, hands-on leader with strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
