
Job description
Provide 1st and 2nd level client support in the onsite team, accepting disturbances and processing requests. Support standard applications, install, break & fix, exchange, and troubleshoot end devices.
Installations, break & fix, exchange, and troubleshooting for end devices. Documentation and ticket processing in the ticket system. Collaboration with 1st and 3rd level client support teams.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows versions, Active Directory, MS Office 365, and ticket systems is required. German language skills are necessary, with English skills desirable.
