Job description
We are looking for an IT Specialist / IT Technician (m/w/d) IT Support in Munich. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, installation of PC hardware, and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows versions, Active Directory, MS Office 365, and ticket systems is required. Knowledge of iOS and Mac operating systems is an asset.
A certification like CompTIA (A+) or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is a plus. Good German language skills and improvable to good English language skills are required.
