Director of Strategy, Product to Market Transformation

Gap Inc. is seeking a Director of Strategy to lead the IndigoX program, a product transformation initiative. The successful candidate will develop a clear narrative, communicate executive-level information, and engage employees across the organization.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, management consulting, or senior-level PMO roles within retail, consumer products, or complex enterprise environments
• Deep familiarity with Product-to-Market processes (product creation, merchandising, inventory, sourcing, production, or supply chain)
• Exceptional strategic storyteller with demonstrated experience building executive-level presentations and influencing senior leaders.
• Ability to distill complex, cross-functional transformation efforts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Proven ability to operate at multiple altitudes — comfortable diving into detail while maintaining a big-picture strategic lens.
