We are looking for a Customer Service Agent for the cash transport division, responsible for handling client requests, maintaining client profiles, and producing special service requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office software
- Bilingual English/French mandatory
- Leadership and good communication
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities well
- Attention to detail and resourcefulness
