Requirements

• Secondary or post-secondary diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Service-oriented and puts the customer at the center of their concerns
• Knowledge of the collective transportation sector or public sector (an asset)
• Communication skills in French and English, both verbally and in writing (French and English)
• Experience with the public (asset)
• Courtesy, politeness and courtesy
• Autonomy, dynamism and strong communication skills
• Good computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite and others
• Structured and rigorous approach
• Good stress management and ability to work under pressure
• Proactivity and initiative
