Monitoring Operator (Part Time - Weekends)

Join ECAM Technologies as a Monitoring Operator to provide quality service to clients across North America. This part-time role involves remotely monitoring CCTV cameras, detecting and preventing security risks, and collaborating with law enforcement agencies.

Requirements

• High attention to detail
• Ability to identify potential security risks
• Experience in contacting emergency services
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Proficient in computer usage
• Sound communication skills in English
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts
• Availability to work 4 shifts (48 hours) in 2 weeks on weekends and stat holidays
• Quality references
• Ability to provide a clear criminal background check
