Requirements

• Assist the commercial manager
• Propose the best pricing based on the customer's needs and in accordance with the restaurant's pricing policy, via phone and email
• Ensure that information is properly transmitted to operational teams by preparing and distributing different function sheets for the event to internal services concerned
• Attend weekly meetings to present salon occupancy
• Ensure good follow-up of files and respect for customer promises
