Construction Superintendent

We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, keeping people and projects moving forward with confidence, clarity, and care. As a Superintendent, you'll be the on-site lead for construction operations, balancing the details, managing field teams, and serving as a point of connection between trade partners, clients, and your internal project team.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, trade scopes, and site logistics
• Familiarity with healthcare, commercial interiors, industrial, higher education, historical/repositioning, mission-critical, and/or life science construction
• OSHA certification
• Proficiency with scheduling software, construction platforms like Procore, Google tools, Microsoft Office tools, and Apple devices

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 annual salary (paid weekly) + discretionary bonus
