We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-sufficient Human Resources Manager to join our team onsite in Rolling Hills Estates.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and compliance requirements
- Experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations
- Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and claims management
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity experience is a strong plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Adobe (PDF editing, document management)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus
- Minimum 2+ years of Human Resources experience
