Job Description
Garner is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to join their Revenue team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in RevOps or Sales Ops, with a strong background in translating business needs into technical system configurations and solutions. They will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, managing vendor relationships, and advising on new technologies to optimize the RevOps stack.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in RevOps or Sales Ops
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator and building complex Salesforce flows
- Expertise in the core GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, Gong, and other similar tools
- Undergraduate degree in Business or STEM disciplines
