Manager, Business Insights

As a Manager, Business Insights, you will lead a small team of analysts and drive consequential decisions at Garner. This is a senior IC + early-stage management role for someone who wants to operate at the technical front lines while building an analytics culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business analytics or a related quantitative field (industry, academia, or both)
• 2+ years experience managing analysts or data scientists
• Advanced analytical & statistical rigor
• Data visualization and communication
• Autonomy and judgment
