Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, operations, or a related field
- Experience supporting a product, operations, or finance organization preferred
- Experience with annual planning, initiative tracking, executive reporting, or board-level materials preferred
- Strong experience with SQL, Python, Excel, Snowflake, and BI tools or related tools required
- AI-first mindset required (Claude and Codex usage preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- Ability to work through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables from start to finish
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience preferred
