Job Description
Garner is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to drive growth strategy, optimize commercial processes, and support data-driven decision making. The role is fully remote.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity OR 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM strategy role.
- MBA or STEM-related advanced degree preferred, business or STEM undergraduate degree required.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, and experience with analytics tools like Looker and Tableau.
- Experience designing and implementing processes and workflows at scale for large enterprises or high-growth startups.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and business writing skills.
