Strategic Accounts Executive (Mid-Market)

Garner's mission is to transform the healthcare economy by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare benefits. We are seeking a Strategic Accounts Executive to join our Strategic Accounts team, responsible for retaining and growing mid-market employer clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a commercially-oriented consultant/broker, account management, or sales role in the employee benefits space
• Deep health plan design and benefits knowledge
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to work in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving, and fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and articulation skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems in ambiguous strategic situations
